Near the centre of Linden (borough of Lubbeek), this project is a real eye-catcher in the streetscape of residential Linden. We built 2 residences (R1 / R2) for client Ardes Immobilien. The first residence includes 23 modern and classy flats with commercial spaces on the ground floor. All this built on an underground parking basement. The 2nd flat block comprises 18 flats.
