Thorough energetic renovation of the Ethias office building. The works include the replacement of the external glazing, the roof, the complete fit-out of both the office areas and the atrium, meeting room and sanitary cells as well as the replacement of the technical installations.    The renovated BEN office building is a sustainable, fossil-free building with a BREEAM rating "very good".  The renovation of the office building created a passive building that meets BREEAM certification. Moreover, the office building is also heated and cooled by geothermal energy.
