Don Bosco Sint-Pieters-Leeuw

The new Don Bosco school in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw is being built on a former monastery site in the heart of the municipality through a Design & Build contract. The project includes the demolition of existing buildings and the design and construction of a new primary school with space for 264 students.
The school is organized around a central multipurpose hall serving as a meeting space, the social and educational heart of the building. This hall opens onto the playground and the green garden, allowing indoor and outdoor spaces to flow into each other. On the ground floor are the administration, multipurpose hall, and first-grade classrooms; on the upper floor are the higher grades with views of the greenery. The layout is compact, clear, and future-oriented: the school is flexible in use and ready to evolve with changing educational methods.
