In Herentals, construction company Keulen H. took on a distinctive project: the construction of a new church that is not conceived as a standalone building, but as an integral part of the urban fabric. The design is sleek and rectangular, executed in brick-colored concrete. A striking feature is a dedicated column housing a chapel, where daylight enters from above, creating a serene and intimate atmosphere. At the entrance, visitors are welcomed by a circular space with a grotto-like character, guiding them toward the various interior spaces of the church.
