In the center of Neerharen, Keulen Construction, commissioned by WIL, realized a social housing project consisting of 14 units. The project was specifically designed for elderly people and those with care needs, emphasizing adapted and accessible living. All homes are step-free, wheelchair accessible, and equipped with adapted sanitary facilities. In addition to comfort and usability, sustainability was also a central focus.
