Construction company Keulen was responsible for the renovation of the former municipal primary school on Schoolstraat in Berlaar. The building is being repurposed as a New Administrative Center and transformed into a modern and accessible location for municipal services. The current town hall remains as a ceremonial center, while the surrounding area is thoroughly upgraded, including the final construction of the central parking lot and the addition of a wadi, an innovative and sustainable solution for rainwater management.
