This project involves the redevelopment of an old school building with village farmhouse into a new-build project with 24 residential units. The former village school with six classrooms houses six flats - in other words, one home per classroom. The roof was opened up with window strips which provide a panoramic view of the Meuse Valley at the back. A new wing as an extension to the school building is built on columns and also has six flats. The visual vista under the building provides additional spaciousness and walkthrough of the site where the other 12 new-build patio houses are erected.
